We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. Due to the personal-use and hygiene nature of our skincare and beauty products, all change-of-mind sales are final. If a product arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, customers should contact us within 72hrs and we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
